Better Future Consultants provides professional assistance for:

2. Consultation

• Consultation is advisory only and does not guarantee admission, visa approval, employment, company registration, or any government approval.
• Eligibility is subject to the requirements of the relevant institution or authority.

3. Documents

• Clients must provide complete, genuine, and accurate documents.
• Submission of false or forged documents will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Admission, Visa & Work Permit

• All approvals are solely at the discretion of universities, embassies, immigration departments, labor authorities, or other government agencies.
• Better Future Consultants cannot guarantee approval or processing timelines.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Service fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Fees for completed services are non-refundable.
• University, embassy, visa, medical, courier, translation, legalization, government, and third-party charges are separate unless stated otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Meeting deadlines.
• Following applicable laws and official requirements.
• Responding promptly to requests for documents or information.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Client information will remain confidential and will only be shared with authorized universities, government authorities, embassies, employers, business partners, or service providers when necessary for processing applications.

8. Communication

• Official communication will be made through our authorized office, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Clients are responsible for checking messages and responding on time.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Better Future Consultants is not responsible for decisions, delays, policy changes, or actions taken by universities, embassies, immigration authorities, employers, airlines, business registration authorities, or government agencies.
• We are not liable for losses arising from incomplete information provided by the client or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Changes to Policies

• Our services, fees, and policies may be updated at any time without prior notice.

11. Acceptance

• By using our services, submitting documents, making payments, or signing any agreement, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
